Charges for UK standard delivery with Royal Mail first class.
Where products are in stock, orders are dispatched within 2 working days with Royal Mail first class.

Delivery for orders paid by cheque 
Orders will be despatched when the cheque has cleared. Please make cheques payable to "Nature's Boutique"

Some parcels may require a signature upon delivery, if you will not be at home, please provide us with an alternative delivery address. Please ensure we have the full postal address including postcode and a contact telephone number.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may be delayed.  UK bank holidays will delay delivery.

SHIPPING ABROAD:
We are currently working on shipping to all countries within the EU using Royal Mail.  DELIVERY CHARGE is calculated by weight. This is not available at present.

Returns Policy

All returned goods should be sent with your invoice and the reasons of why you are returning the goods.
Goods must be returned in new, unopened, unused  condition and with any labels still attached within ten working days. All returned goods will be checked.
We will be happy to exchange or give you a refund but please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.
For hygiene reasons we are not able to give refunds, exchanges or replacements on any goods that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty.
Any products that were purchased on special offer or on sale can not be returned. Please notify us before returning any goods and ensure you obtain proof of postage for your own protection.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We cannot be held responsible for your goods while they are being returned.

Shipping

We will soon be able to ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
