When John Masters decided to establish a luxury range of skin and hair products, he decided at the outset that he didn’t want to be in contact with harsh synthetics every day – and felt sure others felt the same way. Why use synthetic chemicals, when natural organic skincare products are not only safer for the environment, but work better as well?
With this in mind, he developed the John Masters Organics range, something he describes as a labour of love. John Masters Organics defines organic hair and skin care; natural products which take the word “organic” to its ultimate level.
Organic hair care means using ethical, organically farmed ingredients
John Masters Organics source their ingredients only from local farmers who have a proven commitment of respect to the environment. These are often multi-generational farms, who produce the ingredients for John Masters organic beauty products in the most eco-sensitive way possible, using age-old farming methods.
The John Masters Organics range includes cleansers, moisturisers, hydrating masks, day crèmes, toning mists, body wash and organic haircare products. Every natural beauty product employs organic ingredients that have been certified by either EcoCert, the Organic Crop Improvement Association, Quality Assurance International and/or California Certified Organic Farmers association. All John Masters hair or skin care organic products are recognised by the National Organic Program for the USDA, where applicable. At present, the USDA organic seal is only approved for edible food products; however, a new standard is being developed for the cosmetic industry.
