Ecco Bella uses reward program to support animal sanctuary

Filed under: Animal Rights and Cruelty — Gill on January 19, 2012

Ecco Bella, a natural beauty company that is also cruelty free, has recently started a reward scheme for their customers in celebration of the recent accreditation of Primarily Primates, the sanctuary Ecco Bella supports. By purchasing one of Ecco Bella’s black or brown Primarily Primates Natural Mascara, the consumer receives a year membership to Primarily Primates and the parent organisation, Friends of Animals.

Ecco Bella is a company that believes that all living things should live together peacefully, which they reflect in their natural beauty products. The founder of Ecco Bella believes that the staff at Primarily Primates are completely devoted to caring for the animals, rehabilitating them as best as they can.

Primarily Primates is an animal rehabilitation centre, and is home to over four hundred of the different animals that are difficult to find homes for. These animals may have come from places of biomedical research or they may even be neglected pets. All these animals are looked after nutritionally and emotionally, giving them the best life that can be provided.

Through the staff’s determination, nineteen natural outdoor enclosures have been built, showing the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries why they deserve accreditation. With the accreditation brings a new kind of status to the sanctuary, meaning it is now officially recognised as a centre worthy of donations and support. Ecco Bella’s reward scheme will also raise the awareness for Primarily Primates, as consumers will be contributing to the natural beauty industry as well as supporting a good cause for animals.
